transport to burn/join a village

we've been invited to join a village at the burn, which would mean moving our camp a block over to 7:30 and Ego. The village is made up of many small camps from Eugene and Portland like ours, and the camp that has invited us is the country fair embassy camp, who I have been talking with about a ride share. They have a large space for their village that would be able to accomodate our entire camp, allowing us to remain a unified camp within a larger village.
I have more info about the village coming, but it sounds to me like this is a great opportunity to involve our camp in a larger community, easing concerns over serving breakfast to the public, making water more available and cheaper, and giving us access to many of their other infrastructure elements, like a 60 kW generator.
The contact is Clif Cox in Eugene, a country fair worker and an organizer of the village. We have a Penske truck that we can share with their camp, the embassy camp, and drive down on the 25th from Eugene. This will dramatically decrease the camp costs.

Things that would not change if we joined the village:
kitchen would still be our camp, wakinggrounds would still be registered, however, we would have to direct people to the new address a block away, amount of space delegated to our camp for structures would remain the same, and the services we offer the larger burner community would still be the same.
Things that would be different:
We'd be able to share meals more easily with other kitchens in the village, including the tuna camp which brings about a ton of fresh tuna to serve through the week, we'd be using water from a more communal source that is filled by the BRC infrastructure instead of hauling all our own, we'd have more strangers becoming neighbors as we would be included in the village, and we'd be playing music with a lot more people, which might involve fire dancers mixing with belly dancers and everything getting crazy. Finally, our address would change, causing confusion among the people you may have already told where to find us.

On a side note, anyone interested in flying to the burn or at the burn should let me know, clif is a pilot and is considering renting a plane to take down there. It would be rather inexpensive.
